Elm Grove Mews Cottages offer self catering accommodation in
the carefully
constructed and converted old stables at "Elm Grove" in St.
Florence. All the
accommodation is tastefully furnished, with fitted carpets
throughout, are
centrally heated and each are well equipped with electric
cookers and cooking utensils, crockery etc.,
for the stated number of people in each cottage. Beds are
made up prior to arrival.
The cottages are known as the "Mews" and are able to sleep
four or six people.
Mews No.1 is a Small Two bedroom Cottage. Upstairs there is a Double Room, and a Twin Room and bathroom with Bath and Shower. The ground floor has a Lounge fitted with 3 piece, colour television and Video. The Kitchen is fully fitted with Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Electric cooker and all cooking utensils. The Cottage has full Central heating for those Winter breaks.
Mews No.2 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other a double bed, both bedrooms have a wash hand basin. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and bath. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge with three piece suite and an electric fire, colour television and a video. There is a separate dining room with further comfortable seating. The kitchen is fitted and has a dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, and the cooking utensils. The cottage is fully centrally heated and is an ideal place for those winter breaks.
The Mews Cottages are set in the spacious grounds of Elm Grove Country House in St. Florence, a pretty secluded village and renown for winning the Floral Village of Wales and the Britain in Bloom competitions. The Mews are converted stables tastefully furnished for comfort. There is ample parking space. There is a Children's Play area, Croquet Lawns and Games Room and a Grass Tennis Court. A Launderette and Barbecue are available for use. Elm Grove has been a family run Hotel for 45 years and we pride ourselves on Quality of Service. The Mews are of 4 Star Quality certified by the Wales Tourist Board. Self catering resident's can use the Hotel Bar and restaurant for Breakfast or Evening meal if required. Just book a table. We provide all bed linen but you provide Towels and teacloths. We can provide towels by arrangement when booking. The Mews each have a Video Recorder and a small selection of video's are available in the Hotel for use. The Electricity is on a coin meter set at a normal rate. We accept bookings for short breaks out of the main season. The central heating is provided during the winter breaks. When on holiday in Pembrokeshire why not relax and enjoy a meal or a pint at the various restaurants or pubs that are scattered around the coastal area.
